The Process

Getting Started
Gather all room measurements, job details and photos of the space alongside any ideas and product preferences from the homeowner. These are then supplied to us together with all the essential project information.

Let’s Conceptualise
We create and provide concept drawings for the job based on the project specifications and package purchased. Every situation is different, so concepts are supplied in a way that best supports the design process for each project.

The Design
Our concepts are presented to the Renovation Consultant alongside a write up about the design decisions made (if required). We know it is so important for homeowners to understand the reasons behind the design and we love providing them with this information so they can further appreciate the design while feeling confident that we have covered every detail.

Decision Time
The Renovation Consultant will take all this information to the homeowner, talk through the plans, go over any questions they have and record any desired changes on the original plans. These are then returned to us to amend and tweak based on the client’s requests.

‘Sign Off’
Once the plans are finalised, we return these to the consultant for approval by the homeowner.

Out for Quoting
If the homeowner requires no further changes, plans can be submitted to all trades for quoting.
